By the end of Daniel's debriefing (first and second part) it seemed obvious to me that everyone in the room (except, perhaps, the Senator) believed that he was innocent.

When Ted Jr. asks Tawney … about whether or not they were happy before all
this … I read her silence to mean no. She hadn't been happy. What did you guys
think?
