I'm thinking that, but set to the tune of Kylie Minogue's 'Timebomb'?

You been saving that one all week.

1) I liked the talent show at the top of AS2 as a great showcase for how fully evolved most of the queens had been since their respective seasons. I can certainly see the argument for it allowing for the queens to be unequivocally certain their best selves had been presented. Though, one might be fearful of the show

It wouldn't be drag if there weren't a generous number of hat-tips to classic, iconic divas. Annie may not have borne a great deal of staying power as an icon to younger generations of gayboys. But kids of the 80's and 90's certainly know what's what. And it's clear the Millennial obsession with vintage authenticity

HONAAAAAY!

I'm waiting for the twelve-minute autotune club edit of Farrah's many moans.

I suppose there's an edge that VH1 could deem Moynihan more accessible and recognizable to a broader audience than Ms. Lepore.

Trixie?

The unabashed hug the boyfriend shares with Papa Velour is definitely what got me.

Of all the 'gimmicks' deployed in the three lipsyncs tonight - those rose petals were probably the most effective. There's a structure to how Sasha approaches a lipsync that I find admirable - there was foreshadowing, and something resembling a beginning, middle, and end. There's an almost storyteller approach to it

2) Ah, the chinoiserie year? Ugh - yes. Ev-Er-Ey-THANG.

2) I was considering maaaybe pointing out that, for a finalist - Shea's was gorgeous, but closer to a Met Gala red carpet look than draaaaag. But a minor quibble for what was a lovely, lovely garment.

And that's why we'll make sure he's trussed up, ball-gagged, and wearing a leather gimp hood.

Oh, my point is more that they'll probably be worse.

…cuz if you can't love yourself, how the hell you gonna love some rando commenters on the Intertubes?

If it was then I would never hear a word out of Jax Taylor ever again.

I've seen a lot of people complain not about the winner per se, but about the winner being determined with a lip sync. However, isn't that the primary way drag queens earn income: performance? Booking gigs?

Shea was excellent throughout her season, while Sasha never rose beyond her competitors until tonight. It sets a precent for the show that I'm not a fan of.
