I feel like a crazy person every time someone lauds the waffle fries at Chik-fil-a. They are ass. Limp, unsalted, flavorless ass, and I struggle to think of a fry out there I’d rate below them. 

But is the abject horror that is the American meat industry worth the end result of providing (relatively) affordable food for the masses? I don’t know. Insect based protein is a much more economical source of amino acids, but we decided a long time ago we’d rather have cow and pig and chicken meat to fill our bellies
