I’ve been on the Chinese high-speed rail out of Beijing.  Super comfy, and really efficient.  Cheap too.  Taken the Sapsan from Moscow to St. Petersburg as well.  Station experience is...unique, but once onboard, very reasonable, and infinitely safer than Russian regional airlines.  

Is that before or after the increase over the past couple of years of 50%.  Does that also include the suggested 15% to the guy who vacuums at night?
