I didn’t have much time to watch last week’s Summer Games Done Quick, but I did carve out a chunk of yesterday for the finale, which featured speedrunner Puwexil playing through a full glitchless run of Final Fantasy VI. I’m glad I did.

It’s not beating a dead horse, it’s investigative journalism. When more details of something arise, or you learn of another incident involving a potentially horribly defective product, you write and you inform so that more of the public becomes aware. 

I am an Aerospace guy (and R&D at that) but I do deal with the production side of things every now and then.

That was just a picture of the mug itself in a tweet. That’s fine. It’s when the art from the mug was reproduced and used without attribution in contexts for Tesla’s use (UI, promos for hidden features, etc) that the issue arises.

Faster inside the rules is always harder than faster outside the rules. The rules are there for good and bad reasons but they are the rules.

I mean, the US dollar is seen as the reserve currency of the world. Since, you know, most trade in the world uses the US dollar. Therefore, It’s not just Canada that uses the US dollar to define its currency value.

Yeah, but EVE has been an actual game for like 10 years. Star Citizen is just a money scam that’s been in Alpha for 5 years. It will still be in Alpha for the next 5 years, until it gets cancelled and the developers and money go bye bye.

Casually refers to Dykstra as a ‘whore’.
Implies the only POSSIBLE explanation for this story is a ‘career boost’.
Openly wishes for more porn over truth-telling about abuse.
Concludes the only way to be ‘genuine’ is to 100% confirm his narrative.

Wow, you seem like a pretty genuinely awful person. I was going to say more, but no that suffices. You’re awful.

Why not actually read her article to see what she has to say about this exact thing?

How about we not hope that people have been abused, just to take people you dislike down a peg or two?
