People really think that? I (and my wife) actually prefer the longroof look. I’ve had one sedan in my life (1987 Jetta) and two coupes (1989 240SX and 1994 325is) and will never probably never go back to the lack of convenience of a hatch. My Protege5 convinced me.

I like it, but I just don’t see the appeal for doing all that work to a car that can already get to 4-digit power numbers with a big turbo on the stock motor. I mean, kudos to the builder, but it just seems like a ton of wasted time/money in my book. The Supra was never wanting for motor.

Why spend all the time to do this with a Supra? Put the turbo V10 in an FR-S and now I’m interested.

STACKS!!!!

Exactly! Why is Ronin such a polarizing movie? I’ve watched it probably 100 times, but other people I know simply hated it after the first look. I dunno. I thought it was terrific.

I’d say the Beetle did pretty well for itself 50 years ago, amidst a sea of large sedans with 4 doors and big engines/trunks. I don’t think the Beetle could be VW’s only e-car, but it could be a sort of halo car. Something to get Millennials talking about cars again. There is NOTHING exciting about the electric cars

Put an electric motor in the back and batteries in the frunk, and now we have something to talk about. Otherwise, the design is just a useless throwback. The original Beetle’s look had a PURPOSE. This is just a useless homage. But they COULD do something cool and make us actually pay attention. I’d rock an electric

My boss's G55 averages 10.5 in mixed driving. So dumb.

Once you drive a G-Wagen, you will immediately know why the Rangie is preferred. There is NOTHING to love about this POS.

Drove one for half a day. Pissed me off the entire time. How come I can jump in ANY other car and just use the systems without thinking? The fact that it is a distraction to driving, is a failure in my book. These are really basic, fundamental user interface issues....

This entire system is SHIT. Don’t sugar coat it, Patrick.

To Cadillac Design Team: Go sit in an Audi and learn how to design HVAC interface. NOW.

Not since the Original LS400, SC300 and IS300 (Altezza) have there been any Lexii I've wanted to actually own/drive. Well, sure, the LF-A, but that's not a Real Car.... They are all such complete design abominations, I simply can't get past it. Looking it would just make me sad every day.

WTF is this weird flowy non-window space here? Ugh. There is not one angle that makes this POS look good.

I think right now, Cadillac is in the same tier as Lexus/Infiniti/Acura...the trouble is that they want to be up there with BMW/Audi/MB...and that is just too high of a mountain. I think they can succeed if they just focus on building really good, large, American opulence. Trying to beat the big boys at the game they

I’m afraid you’re in the minority with that opinion. Having recently driven an ATS and an A4 back to back, I can assure you the A4 is the better car in every way that matters to a driver. I very much like the look of many Cadillacs - the coupes are AWFUL from the back though - but the dash/instrument panel is not

Neutral: I would spend zero dollars. In my opinion, the luxury sedan market already has its players. BMW, Audi, MB, and in tier two, Lexus, Infiniti and Acura...Cadillac either needs to go WAY upmarket and compete with Bentley/Rolls. As it is now, I think they are just wasting time/money. And frankly, the cars are NOT

I think people's memories of these are very skewed. The only interesting part of them (back in the 80s when they were new) were the rear-facing seats in the bed. Otherwise they were just slow, small, and generally useless. Anyone with half a brain bought a Toyota SR5...

Steampunk aesthetic?

Somebody get that FUCKING CAT off my car!
