Fantastic. Now — when are they going to go after the NCAA and the IOC?
The Jets’ Hard Knocks was the best one, so I wouldn’t mind seeing Sexy Rexy back on my screen.
Well, this should go well....
I’m an Old, so I need someone to explain DJing to me. In other words — how is DJ’ing different from just making up a playlist and hitting “play”? And if that’s all it is — how the fuck is this a profession?
Serious question: do Ronaldo’s teammates like him? What about his peers? I’m sure they respect him but he comes off as such an overwhelming dick that I wonder why no one's taken his knees out at this point.
Agreed. If anything, the Caps overachiever this year. No playoffs last year, new coach, promising but untested goalie....
These are astute comments from Ward. With few exceptions, major-paper sportswriters only pretend to understand hockey, and they create a phony narrative as a result. Wait — I guess that's true for just about everything major-paper sportswriters do.
I actually have no problem with this list.
Agreed. Pete's grown into kind of a fascinating character. I was legitimately happy that he got a good ending.
Long-time DC'er here. DC Brau is fantastic.

The WaPo's FancyStats blog is a weak-tea attempt to replicate what makes 538 good, but the articles are generally pretty inane and obvious, trying to make basic stats seems sophisticated and drawing obvious conclusions through convoluted reasoning. This article…
Yup. He was probably the best deadline-writer at the Post for a long time, but after PTI, his ego grew enormously and he ratcheted up his condescending attitude to heretofore unknown heights. He's insufferable, and as a DC resident and longtime reader of the Post, I'm I no longer have to deal with his gaseous…
I agree with just about everything except that this is necessarily the end of the Spurs' run. They've never won back-to-back, and it seems like every time they fail to defend, people say, 'welp, nice run while it lasted.'
So.... Mike Tyson is the soberest person there? I'd have taken those odds.
Fantastic. +1 piece of bread.
Ovi has. Completely revamped his game without giving up his goal-scoring this season. Best player into he league, and by all accounts, he's been a delightful teammate all year. He finally has a coach with whom he can communicate.
