It’s just crazy. I’m a Nintendo fan just as much as the next guy and I’ve been playing games since the “80's” too (First console was a Sega Master system) and as much as I’d like Nintendo to “rule the world”, the reality is what it is. Whatever decisions they make regarding their consoles hasn’t stopped them from

Ah, so you’re their conscience. The voice of reason. The one who knows what they need to do in order to get back on top.

Ah, I see you’re here trolling too. If you don’t like Nintendo, why do you take so much time to read and comment on Nintendo related stuff?

Yeah, like it was ever anything other than a “pass” for you.

It really depends on what sorts of games you enjoy. I’ve got about every console under the sun and I wouldn’t consider any of them must-haves.

You can use pro controllers undocked as it connects to the console, which is the unit you hold as a portable anyway.

There’s lots in the UK and it’s region free:)

I really don’t think a Nintendo System is for you and I really don’t think you know a lot about gaming.

So you didn’t even watch or read about the “ports” before commenting. There are some exclusives as well as timed exclusives. But I guess none of the matters when you’re trolling...Sorry I meant to say ignorant.

No, he or she is a troll for sure...but for some reason, doesn’t like the moniker.

So basically you want a Nintendo PlayStation or a Nintendo box?

To all the people arguing over Jim Sterling...I think this proves the point that some things just shouldn’t be said. If there’s confusion here over what he said, how he said it and what he actually meant, then you can assume that there will be the same confusion out there.

Unlike Sony & Vita, Nintendo usually have a very robust plan for any portable console. Even though Nintendo says the switch is a home console first, I’m confident their experience and success with portables will be one of the Switch’s strengths.

Great news! I always thought of a future where all those mobile games would be ported to the switch because of it’s tablet nature. Glad it’s happening and if all goes well, could mean a whole slew of games not previously considered becoming available.

Does it mention that it’s Dragon Quest 1&2 bundled together?

Same here. I got both consoles at launch and happy with both. The WiiU was a 1st party Nintendo machine with a very nice sprinkling of 2nd party stuff (Wonderful 101, Bayonetta 2).

Like what exactly? You have the price, launch and post launch games; you know online will be a paid service (and from the Japanese pricing, it’ll likely be under 30bucks) when the free period ends in the fall. The only thing we don’t know is virtual console plans. And if I remember correctly, Sony or MS never

It’s insane right. And scary at the same time. Kinda shows how ignorant people have become even in this so called age of information.

It’s great to actually see someone who talks with facts not what the cool kids are saying these days.

The WiiU is a commercial failure not a critical failure. Yep, it’s got no 3rd party support but Nintendo supported it to the best of their ability. Don’t believe me? Ask my friend, the Vita what it really feels like to be abandoned by your maker. So much so that they blatantly refuse to acknowledge the Vita in any
