If a self driving car crashes while the driver is asleep, is it really self driving? If I fall asleep in my “regular” car and it continues on because manual... does that make IT self driving?

I was literally just at Nurburgring 3 weeks ago. You certainly pay for everything. Any damage you cause that is beyond “normal wear and tear”.
