I can get on board with this. I also think the community needs to be more welcoming.

Right like... know your limits. Also physics heh.

No... but it needed redirection. The idea isn’t stupid, the implementation is awful though.

No no no... I’m just saying that this guy is a car lover... and probably died needlessly.

None of it is stupid. This guy went driving about thinking he was in a full caged car. Anyone can see that this is made of soup cans.

And to be clear... I’m not saying they weren’t. I’m just trying to say that all too often, people will scoff at someone’s creativity and that can hurt. It causes people to just go and do idiotic things because they don’t know any better. Like... this is no different than an Aerial Atom... it’s just that the person who

Super sad but let me say this. THIS is the reason the auto community needs to come together and be LESS judgmental and MORE welcoming. This idea isn’t “stupid” it’s just that this individual didn’t know what he didn’t know. You can’t just “make up” physics... there are reasons cages are designed the way they are.

I mean... has this individual done anything that isn’t riding coat tails? Has his father? Have any of them? Of course he’s running for office. They have Kennedy’s to take down.

David Tracy is the only one talking sense here but frankly I’m appalled at all of these choices from you lot.

I’m not a leafs fan but it isn’t leaves. They’re named after an old WWI (?) regiment. The Maple Leaf Regiment.

Not that this matters about my thoughts on Kanye, but I think that’s a super big deal. That said, I went to look up such signs and I couldn’t find a reference that seemed to indicate this was true. Not disagreeing, but wondering how I can confirm?

This gif is like an OK Go video!

Friend. Your instructors are not good at it.
Did they go over some BS about having to balance the gas with the clutch and all that? Yeah... that’s the end game, but until you understand the relationship... it’s meaningless.

My advice. Get manual car. Sit in lot. Place your right foot firmly on the floor away from pedal.

Literally ALL of turbobricks thinks of the 240/740/940 as going sideways and fast. All of our 2/7/9's in fact DO go sideways and ARE fast (at least on the way to the crushers)

I started this the other night. The thing that made me IMMEDIATELY turn it off was the constant uttering of the built not bought and the arguments that went along with it. Not because I have an opinion on that specifically (I have a nice built car and a nice bought car rn) but because I’m so GD sick of car shows that

I replied to another thread but in this situation she’s wearing a pressure demand oxygen mask and it’s extremely (read: EXTREMELY) difficult to speak while wearing one.

Not to imply she wasn’t chill... she was, but also the odd cadence of their speech while above 10,000 is due to wearing pressure demand O2 masks. (The ones the pilots wear are different than the ones you scrubs in the back get). You have to physically force your speech (think like... trying to speak or breathe with

As a former pilot, the Sully thing is different because it’s a pretty difficult landing. Losing both engines at low altitude and having to pull off a water landing while any pilot should be able to do, I might say the number of variables could certainly get in the way.

Losing an engine is “routine” I would say. Nearly

It isn’t that these “classics” should be brought back. The Supra should’ve been allowed to live on in infamy... but now it’s brought back and it’s a completely different car. The names should be meaningless to some extent, but what we need are the slots they filled.

But you’re implying that he was an awful President because you disagree with his politics, not that he was incapable of the job? Regardless, I’m not intending to get into a who was better or worse argument, I’m merely trying to draw the line for political strategy to find out how we got here... if that makes sense?
