Bout tree fiddy.

Maverick, Goose, Iceman you’re up.

I never said there was negotiation with the judiciary just that the United States sought this avenue as the easiest route in obtaining immunity for combat forces in Iraq. After the United States found out that the courts would not side with the occupying forces so then they decided to negotiate with Prime Minister

Immunity was never actually an issue. The Iraqi President was willing to offer it, but US negotiators wanted it to be voted on by Parliment. Again, bad negotiating. We get terrible deals. This will never make Iraq great again.

This would definitely have to be a case-by-case basis because of the degrees of inflammatory speech seen on both social media and in public.

I don’t think the Constitution protects speech that’s being used to recruit people to go on murdering sprees.

The SR-71 flew a good 17 years while the S-200 was being exported abroad and there still wasn’t much of a problem. Anyways, the SR-71 never flew over the Soviet Union so another Francis Gary Powers doesn’t seem likely, especially now with a unmanned successor in the works.

So it had nothing to do with the expensive maintenance of the SR-71 or the uphill battle in allocating funds from the Department of Defense’s 1997 budget?

Not necessarily. We can debate as to why the SR-71 was retired but I can assure you that speed and altitude will definitely play a role with the SR-72 project undertaken by Lockheed Martin and NASA.

I love sequels.
