No, I’m acting as if a boss shouldn’t treat a workplace like a chance to relive his/her family dynamic or as a way to manipulate/control his/her underlings.
Which is fine if you have a garage or live in a great neighborhood.
OR your boss is enjoying the drama and feeling like they’re in control of it/understand the players and can manipulate THEM.
Some managers like manipulative or passive-aggressive people on the team.
