Marissa Alexander could not use “Stand your ground” as a defense because she left the room and went to the garage to get her gun out of the car, she then went back into the house and shot at him. With that action she became the aggressor and he could have plead self defense.

No, you can register dissatisfaction, but if your contract says you have to work events and working events are your job, then you either do you job or quit. For instance, my current client is a crazy doomsday prepper Jesus freak. I wouldn’t hang out with her or support her if it wasn’t my job.
