1st gen Cayman is hard to beat for a driver in this price range. I’d go 2.7L, but if you want to dilute the purity of the experience with power, the 3.4L works too.

The 3.6 chrylser Minivans with the 8 speed auto are surprisingly quick. Sienna and Ody are good cars but the resale means something older for the same money. You’ll be lucky to hit 20mpg in any of the three.
What really suck about buying a used $15k minivan isn’t the stigma, its the RESALE. Check prices and you will see what I mean. For a 2nd car to your spouse’s 3rd row vehicle, do not rule out a big sedan, I do it daily and for four kids it can work. Its a buyer’s market on used sedans and there are several good…
My story.. DA6 + ED8 = 3rd row vehicles..
I usually get Large or XL if available.. my local joint offers XL. The downside if you love crust is that the ratio of center to edge is skewed. The width of the crust tends to remain a constant no matter the size of the pizza in my experience, and I love crust. So great dipped in balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
Can and will fault it.
Yep, driven on the street on treaded track tires, it was fine. Driven on the street with slicks, was fine. Even in rain it was fine. Take it easy when needed and don’t be a moron and you will be fine.
the problem with this vehicle is that it doesn’t have any sharp edges like the soap
The RV solution can be made better by stripping it out.. Spend $2000 on a big block v8 shorty and demo the ratty interior and tanks. Basically what you have left is a shell with all the RV reg cost benefits. 454's and 460's are abundant. Usually they already have a hitch setup.
I’m tempted to go with a spoolin 05ish volvo/saab/vw in this price range, but yes agree matrix/xb is a really good way to go for practicality/reliability sake. Acura I would rule out just because I’ve looked at the socal used market myself (recently in this $ range), and they are either overpriced or…
I test drove a 1992 Prelude and Integra. Ended up with the more practical and affordable Integra instead. IIRC the difference was down to 22k versus 18k dollars at the time. This generation Prelude can definitely hold a candle to a modified civic/integra I can tell you from personal experience. Even the non-vtec Si…
I would argue the following is often true- the base model is superior to the loaded model regardless of cost. The last three cars I have purchased have been base model. Less weight, less feature bloat, more ability to use the car IRL, and not least of all a fatter profile and skinnier tire. Which ride better and let…
If this drunk asshole gets away with anything less than a DUI, he’s more likely to be back out there driving drunk in his 5000 pound benz.
3 series and Civic? Seriously?
“calling for a three-way pact with the Trump administration and California, which has the toughest clean-air rules in the country”
Clean-air and fuel efficiency don’t go hand in hand. See dieselgate. Running gasoline motors lean also bumps up pollutants. Metric shit tons of gasoline might be saved every day if we…
Or don’t get over it and get a CX9.
Have kids while the having is good.
“Diesel.” Lolz. There is more than one type of Diesel engine. As there is for electric motors....
Modified production cars go over 261mph in mile events all the time.. without looking like a car Ace and Gary would drive..
The tread’s surface is the worst location on a vehicle for mass..
