Everyone who does audio starts off a little rocky (except Paul Mcgann who owns that shit form day friggin one)...but they usually relax when the style and mode settles in. Sheridan Smith was a bit rocky in the first two eps of her time with Eight as Lucie Miller, but by the end of the season she was incredible.

I have the entirety of Eight’s run (4 full seasons, and 4 miniseries), and Gallifrey (a series about the ruling council when Romana II was President), and their 50th Anniversary Ep had Doctors 4-8 in it.

Agreed. It’s baffling to me. You could have a season FULL of old Doctors and companions and it would almost certainly be the highest rated season of the new series. Look at how well The Day of the Doctor was recieved....and that was just Ten and Eleven. Imagine adding in Eight, and a few others. Jack and River...ect.

Agreed. It’s sad Six never got his chance to really fill his role on TV the way he has on the audios. Six & River should be AMAZING.
