I wonder about another option being actually using a white Iron Fist as a vehicle to discuss the concept of culturally appropriation within the show. I think that might be an interesting way to face the controversy and open up more dialogue about the issue.

It looks to me like the wing splits along the top and not the side with the bottom laser cannon and attached wing sitting in front of the the top cannon and wing when folded down. Curve of the lower cannon as it goes into the wing matches the seam that you can see on top!
