True about the photo, but the headline is misleading. It implies the boat was previously NOT exposed, ie sunken. The low water levels only exposed the hull of the boat. 

Those are floating docks, so they rise and fall with the water level.

That’s just the camera angle. But still, a 10% savings in fuel when you run THAT MUCH fuel... that’s an amazing start.  And it is just that, a start.  There’s a lot of room for improvement and I’m sure the company is eager for it.
