CP until proven otherwise.  The temp tag is a red flag.  Which pictures are this seller’s vs the person he bought it from?  “Records” could easily be the carfax.  This could be a sweet deal, though, there is potentially a lot wrong with these cars.

I don’t know anything about concrete. In a job like this, I assume there is a specification or allowance for things like cracks. However, I feel like I can safely assume THIS is not a defensible condition, in any way.
