I just read that he made one tweet this morning saying he has deleted his twitter account. I honestly don’t believe it though. Wouldn’t that mean we are no longer in the darkest timeline?

Someone need to punch this ass in his smug little face.

Exactly, and if you have a good job with a good salary and good working conditions then why in in the name of the lord would you vote to have the UAW dock your pay check to support their management who has just been shown to be embezzling those funds for their own support. Even without the embezzlement, what can they

Pretty much. I’ve worked in both UAW and non-UAW plants, and honestly, the workers in the non-UAW plants were happier. I can’t speak to ALL the plants in right-to-work states, but at least for the ones I HAVE been in, there was no need for the UAW.

Exactly. I’m part of the IEC, or Independent Electrical Comtractors, easiest way to explain it is a non-union union. I’m not formally opposed to any and all unions, but I’m not completely for unions either. There’s positives and negatives for both sides, and i chose to be non union because I’m frankly tired of being

if you think the uaw bosses are crooks, wait until you read about management and finance

Unionization for the sake of unionizing and propping up the corrupt power base of the organizers is bad. Unionizing to ensure a safe workplace and fair wages is good. But since the plant in Chattanooga lacks neither of those things, this situation would fall into the former category.

Intimidation is a rather strong word here.

Good, the UAW is a sleazy and corrupt mess. I hope they get ripped by the Gov’t for essentially mob practices. Also, nice bias in the article there, “But for now, it’s another unfortunate setback for labor in the U.S., although I have to wonder if any of the UAW leaders caught embezzling in recent years actually give

“unfortunate setback for labor in the US”. They all still have good paying jobs with benefits. I would imagine if they Unionized and VW closed the plant or reduced the shifts, it would probably be worse for labor in America.

You are a kook. It is highly unlikely that the former Governor was so involved in Flint that it could even remotely be considered criminal.

Did Kim Foxx move to Flint?

It’s almost like Nancy Pelosi or Chuck Schumer are moonlighting as the AG of Michigan.

No you won’t. A class IV license is the highest license there is and takes years and years of experience and multiple exams to get. If you had one, you wouldn’t risk it to help a bunch of champion militant whiners with their hands out yelling “gimme” all the time.

I have a Water Treatment Operator Class IV license and even if they offered me a million dollars, I would not take responsibility for the quality of distribution system in Flint.

Treat each and every vehicle driver out there as if to them motorcycles are either invisible or a target. I’ve watched a car driver see the biker, and then drive right at them.

I worked in insurance for a number of years as a damage adjuster, and I generally tell people to stay away from someone else’s salvage. Like you said, if it’s a project car, fine, you pays your money and you takes your chances. As a reliable daily driver, though, no. There’s a reason that car was totaled, and it’s not

Boeing also had two previously built 747s that the original buyer didn’t take delivery of, so there were some savings to be had.

Although the Secret Service and USAF were willing to entertain a twin engine plane this time around, their preference has always been for 3 or 4 engines for redundancy. Boeing did offer a 787 as a possibility to reduce costs, but the availability of the new/unused 747s in storage kind of pushed them back to that.
