Who’s going to buy them for what they paid? of course, they can get SOME of what they paid - but, then, they’d have to admit they made a bad business decision.

They want to give people rides. THere are good reasons they might pass up people who look a certain way, and it has to do with who typically robs them or otherwise rips them off.

It very obviously IS the fault of corrupt city government. The fact that medallions sold for more than a million dollars at one point is prima facie evidence that they were monopolistic!
