They usually don’t have jurisdiction, unless it’s something serious. I don’t know where the line is, but this didn’t cross it.

It sure worked well on one or two of them. And several, including the cop who was in the gang, were arrested for various felonies, including for attacking the driver. I presume the charges against the cop have been quietly dropped, and he’s been promoted, ‘cause “thin blue line,” etc.....
