In Sweden we have a small extra cash register in the grocery section so it is not a Swedish thing...

How do you fit all the shrimp in a closed sandwich? /Swede

Yes all of it is correct but today most of the Systembolaget stores are required to have a small section with local micro breweries (within 150km from the store and below 50000liters of total production a year)

The government company is only a store and not the manufacturer, they sell all brands of beer and they are required to sell brands they don’t have in stock so we can order strange microbrew beers from indonesia if we want too for almost no extra cost except our high taxes.

Lutfisk tastes almost nothing and is only eaten for the mustard sauce once year as part of our christmas smörgåsbord “Julbord”. Some fancy restaurants serve it as dagens rätt but that is uncommon.

Most of us call them Malaco-fiskar because of the most popular brand and a big “Malaco” logo on the side of each fish.

All Swedes know that he is actually Norwegian and that Americans can never get other countries right ;)

If I can’t work in my underwear then there is no reason to work from home! I do my most productive work when I’m super comfortable and that includes half lying on the couch with the laptop on the arm rest with the TV on for background noise.

Im a swede and I can confirm that this is quite common in Sweden.

I had one of these a couple of years ago, it is the Swedish temporary passport available when you forgot to renew your ordinary passport and need it within an hour... and yes it is pink!!!

Sorry the new ambulance will be based on the XC90
