If you need your food well done, meat is not going to be the problem. All cooks will cook a piece of meat well if asked. Well, except for prime rib and other pieces where what you are served is only a small part of a big chunk, but for most cuts of meat, you can certainly get it well done.

Not everyone uses Gmail, if you send and e-mail to a non-Google account (say Yahoo or company e-mail) they can’t just write a code to enter the recipient’s inbox and delete the e-mail.
I don’t see how it’s not “electronic mail,” even if it isn’t using SMTP or other “standard” email protocols.
That wasn’t e-mail. It was an Exchange message. Because Exchange has connectors for translating and sending/receiving messages as e-mail, and Microsoft confusingly label buttons with things like “New E-mail”, users tend to think that it’s an e-mail based system. It isn’t.
