@MegaGoat: if they could get 60 bucks a pop for each cake, they would.

@tovette: see Lady in the Lake. Very impressive it existed long before digital effects and other modern special effects film technologies.
@RockyRan: I think this guy needs to read up on the pseye tech over the last few years.
@Mmm: I thought there were several games that took advantage of the camera as a control (semi Augmented Reality). These were the games that excited me, though I never bought a dsi or played the games. Especially that one where you tiled the DSi to find shapes in a virtual little set and the ghost one.
@tiekmir: aye aye!
@TnOdyssey001: to be blunt it's because the multiplayer isn't about the story it's about people having 'light' entertainment blasting one another, reducing the seriousness of the conflict perhaps, and possibly (this is all from their point of view, not mine) forming a sympathy for the 'enemy' by stepping in their…
@tiekmir: I'm not disagreeing either :)
@Hand_O_Death: well tf2, Css and l4ds all have built in voice chat.
@tiekmir: there's a lot of gameplay reasons why Re5 cant be made to control like DeadSpace... not to say they couldn't have designed it for DeadSpace like controls, just that as it is RE5 needs to be controlled like it is and would be a huge overhaul to the gameplay/pacing/enemies/AI to change it.
@Hejibits: netflix for a long time was using silverlight (may still)
@Fizgot: Although the core engine pieces are very simlar I've heard... l4d2 does blow away l4d1 visually if you have all the settings cranked. Seriously disturbing gore all shiny and and such and the weather effects used only sparingly blew me away as well.
@Refused: k-i-s-s-i-n........g?
Timeshift was such an amazing idea, but the art and characters etc were so generic. The gameplay was just amazing, and the potential to play around with it, I think was beyond most players.
I always waned a sequel to Redline :)
@ChonieRanchito: The mode was called Assault.
@Cla: the psp1 can nearly handle ps2 quality games and in some ways look nicer (pixel shaders). I'm hoping the psp2 can do what will essentially look like lower res ps3 games. The ps3 tech has been around for quite a while now, and to give the psp2 some life it will probably need that potential power.
@paul.bautista08: of course.
@hockeyguyshs: I didn't think of it as float but as inertia from the body and holding a heavy weapon. I loved it. KZ2 felt real to me. I played MW2
@Fizgot: Well those are the official story games, all 7 of them. Homecoming was supposed to be 5, which was why I put that there. Shattered Memories is an official silent hill game despite it being a remake.
@iKaz: I didn't dislike any of them. All of them were decent games (IMO), though SH is special type of 'good'.
