At worst they'll just ban the accounts (problem solved for you). And how will they ever know you have an account (employer). most people I know don't put a pic of them selves as a profile pic and unless you have an unusual name they can hit hit dozens of people with your name. just say you don't have one.

thats why you make your profile private. no? you can even take it a step further and have 2 profiles. One is friends only, two work (and sometimes family friendly).
