The distribution centers in the US will be instructed to deliver them no earlier than the 16th. Just like every year prior.

It didn't sell out the first day. Shipping dates did not start slipping until about mid-morning today.

You sleep in the arms. Like a hammock it won't be completely flat, but the person's weight will level it out a bit.

Nothing at all. Should have been a reply to bzgunner.

That was 3 years ago.

They wouldn't be removing it from the app store. It's not in the App store. In order for it to be predatory as you imply, google would have to develop a standalone app, and have it rejected. Which simply won't happen. There are tons of map apps in the App store. It wouldn't get rejected due to competing against an

The mobile web interface still works.

Google's search is becoming less valuable as they try to taint it with more and more of their umbrella nonsense.

Predatory actions? By choosing not to use google maps? nonsense.

They had an entire "there's an app for that" series of marketing. Apple's ecosystem is built pretty heavily around third party apps, not hugely focused on built in ones. I don't think I've ever actually seen any Android users get smugged on for saying they have a good third party app alternative. I'd say it's far more

No, they're not all free, and the best ones certainly aren't. Which is definitely a big difference. The convenience of the built in nav on Android trumps the better quality/better features of some of the alternatives due to the cost and need to have a different app.

It may not need to be the best, but that doesn't mean there's no benefit to having a better designed map show up somewhere. Google, in many ways, does have the best maps out there, but I wouldn't say that it would be impossible for someone to outdo them. Given Google's recent focus on everything under the sun, I'd not

There are actually quite a few in the App Store. Many are far better than google's built in stuff on Android. But they're not built in, so some people think the iPhone doesn't have it at all.

Google's maps aren't actually the best designed, they're just so ubiquitous that they have become so standard. Someone needs to fund a David Imus map tile project.

haters gonna hate

Stealing? Really? Accessing, yes. Stealing, no.

I've used cheap tablets before. Not that exact one. But I can say, without a shred of doubt in my mind, that it simply will not be as good for me, or anyone who uses a tablet for serious work, as a Wacom is. There is a reason they are the standard tablet that all others are measured against. They have earned that

Are you trying to convince people to buy cheaper knock-off products or something? I'm just pointing out the obvious and measurable benefits of the Wacom tablets. Being able to buy 10 pieces of crap for the price of a Wacom isn't going to convince me to buy one. I have a Wacom now, I make a living with it. It's well

Communication devices are making people actually communicate less

How, with all this news of patent lawsuits, are people still absolutley clueless about the basics of the patent system. Yes it's patentable, because it's original. If it were so "obvious" why has it NEVER been done before when we've had scrolling UI interfaces for decades?
