Moving their site? That doesn't even make sense. These aren't google hosted sites, they are just sites hosted anywhere that chose something besides Adwords, and we're penalized for it.

Their supply chain advantage is not a result of a monopoly, it's a result of assloads of cash.

It's not illegal to be good at something, it's not illegal to have a monopoly. It is illegal to use your position as a monopoly to exert unfair control over the market, e.g. Penalizing a site's search ranking because they use a competing ad platform on their site.

Many of these things weren't common at the time the patents were filed, and they've only become expected because a company made something function extremely well.
