Hmm... is that the same Dave Greenslade who did “Music From The Discworld”?
I’m a massive fan of Jeff Wayne’s War of the Worlds, and have listened to it fairly regularly since I was a kid... but when I was researching for a blog post, my friend Jackson pointed me at something pretty awesome.

Oooh - a new album for my “Original SF in musical form” collection - although I won’t be able to add it to the Spotify playlist that drives it as (as far as I can see) it’s not on Spotify.

Rock music which contains progression within it. Typically longer pieces with multiple sections (including things like concept albums), breaking out of the “3-4 minute single” constraints, and not limiting to one time signature or key as the music progresses.
