I encountered a very similar problem at the last C&C gathering I attended. I saw a guy with a mint 240Z and went to talk to him about it because I happen to own a 240Z as well. His hood was popped and I noticed that he had some carbs that weren't the factory SU carbs.

Just because the example car gets 30mpg doesn't mean that the 240 can't be nominated.

Ya they're hard to find, especially in good shape for a good price! I knew the values would be increasing over the next couple years so I made sure to snag one as soon as I could.
