i spent $100 in 5 years on lighting. as would you if you assume nothing breaks or gets stolen. this solution costs $250 assuming nothing breaks or gets stolen. Theft and things breaking aren't really argument points if everything on a bike is prone to theft or failure.....

got an 04 e46 m3. 58k on the clock. I don't think prone is the right word for "it has happened a few times" I'll agree to the subframe problem but the SMG issues i believe were resolved in 2002/3.

i bike past that intersection often in the morning. I tend to leave that area asap. a ton of ppl just "hanging out" leaning on any street sign they can find. hardly somewhere you want to be without a buddy.
