Given how ridiculous this bullshit has gotten, I really think the automated system should only be used for NOTIFICATIONS, and then the supposed copyright holder should have to OPT-IN to taking action on a case-by-case basis.

So what’s happening in this copyright claim is that it’s stopped you from monetizing the video. At least that’s been my experience. Was the video still available to be viewed? Because if the only problem was that you couldn’t monetize the video, well it wasn’t your content anyway so you shouldn’t be monetizing videos…
