I fucking hate that stupid movie. It ruins what could be a decent car (with an engine swap).

To me, the biggest problem is lack of brakes.

Other than being heavy, underpowered and expensive to repair (a door ding requires a full paint job) it was awesome. I might actually like the car more if it wasn’t for the movie.

The first Delorean that doesn’t completely suck.

That’s fugly.

or reduced to what it was in the 60s, small teams running around Europe in obsolete hand made cars.

Complexify and add weight (and cost).

The Sonata comes with a few engine and transmission options, if we include the N-Line, and base MSRPs for trims range from $23,400 to $33,300 excluding the N-Line.

I don’t think Tesla could have gotten to the place it’s in without a crazy person at the helm. We needed crazy to just make the damn car that nobody else would - a competent electric.

Getting clicks is more important than being good.

I wish I had a competent navigator/passenger on all my road trips.

That guy needs way more power to enter DRIFT-MODE!

I’m not an Amazon fan, but there’s a massive difference between warehouse jobs (shitty) and office jobs. Pay, benefits, etc.

Good points, but it all boils down to GM build “quality” of the 80's. Those (everything GM in the 70's-’00s) were some shitty cars.

I love good coffee, and am fairly serious about what methods I use to make it (the grind, the volume and temp of the water, the steeping time...).

Thanks for saving me all that typing.

When low flow toilets first came out, they didn’t work well. 20 years later, that’s ancient history and they work just fucking fine.

It would be interesting to see how this compares to traditional taxis.

Best of luck with new adventures.
