Since you can’t go back in time - make sure you don’t need to go back in time.

I don’t know why but I want one of those stupid things in my front yard.

This is the stupidest discussion... it’s not selling because it’s not worth anything near what you paid for it and you just don’t get that.

Holy crap - almost 40k for a RAV4? Wow...

This is something you “buy for a summer” but in reality end up driving it a dozen or so times and spend the next two years trying to spin it off to the next guy with grandiose dreams of mobbing down dirt roads blasting whitesnake through torn paper door speakers. That being said, it’s still a NP and the fun per $

When I see ‘creations’ like this, where obviously a lot of love and dollars have been invested to create a very personalized ride, my first question is WHY are they selling it?

I had a 2000 4x4 with stick.  I loved that thing.  I paid cash for it - totally worth it.  This is a clear NP win.  Anyone who votes CP obviously is racist against Suzukis.

Fifteen years ago I bought a Mazda, through Costco. It was the best buying experience I’ve had. All of my time with the dealer was used for choosing options/colors and taking delivery.

Never trust a guy who calls this interesting:

But it doesn’t come with mirrors.

Agreed. ~2K - 2.5K is the number for this one I think.

This is also true...but unlike so-called financial experts (not talking to you here) who say the solution is just to “make more money,” the wage situation is well beyond the control of the average consumer. They can control how much they spend.

I have a 24 year old Tacoma that isn’t going to last forever

“kind of like getting married.”

Some doctor said I need “powerful antibiotics” to treat this “infection, but these normal people say I should just go keto and I’ll feel 100% better and never get sick.

This is the kind of story where we don’t need to know the details and her circumstances. The fact is that the guy was incredibly generous and helped her out a great deal. We don’t need to always be looking for a problem!

“Who would buy a gasser 3500 mega cab 4x4 for $67k?”

I eat chicken rice and vegetables almost every day (today its ground turkey rice and veg). That’s the basis of a lot of great food. Its all in the preparation.
