The whole ENTERTAINMENT industry is gross and exploitative like that!

There have been rumours about Diddy regarding this exact same thing for YEARS! So gross.

parasitism is a non-mutual symbiotic relationship between species (different species)

Nah. Ryan ganked Thrift Shop’s beat from Wut by Le1f—a black, queer, hip-hop artist. Macklemore & Lewis are indelibly derivative, weak, and thirsty.

But most, “milquetoast pop artists” aren’t where they are because of race. Even those that are can claim ignorance of it. Macklemore knows he’s famous because he writes shitty pop rap and is white. He’s pretty much acknowledged that he’s bigger than better rappers because he’s white. If you know that, if you know it’s

When my sister was on her deathbed, I was driving back from the hospital and say a lottery sign saying the jackpot was $45 million. It struck me for the first time how money really can’t do everything, because it could not have helped her survive.

The line “there is such a thing as too late” feels very appropriate. In the 60's he was saying we were going to miss our chance to make the right choice, and here we are ... still not making it!

This also reminds me of how close Martin Luther King, Jr. was to Thich Nhat Hanh, the Vietnamese Monk, whom he nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize (imagine being nominated for the Nobel by Martin Luther King, Jr!)

I get your point, but you’re basically saying that if you chose to be gay, that would be a BAD choice. I think we need to stop arguing over choice or not. It doesn’t matter. What matters is that there are gay people whose lives are directly impacted by shitty policies and shitty people. And we need to make sure all

I think that is a prefectly mature way of looking at it. My younger stepson is gay. Not to mention being black. So he has had to deal with a lot of negative bigotry in his life that he would not have had to were it otherwise.

This would actually explain the shitty attitude some gay men have toward women.

Who would intentionally sign up for a lifetime of marginalization, abuse and difficulty?

Stop hating on beautiful women.

I’ve never met my primary care doctor. I’ve only ever deal with the nurse practitioner in the office and never had an issue. For more serious things I go directly to a specialist but for all the general aches and pains, fevers and sniffles, I go to her.

It must suck to hate every single Gawker article but have the severe OCD that forces you to read them all anyway...

From the story.

The point, informative. Like how it informed me that they had a law that forbade black people from living in their state. I had no idea, I know I can not be the only one.
