$1.66 gets you the equivalent of a pack of cigs. You get 6 in a pack, therefore 6 packs of cigs for $10.

Either way, Gizmodo shouldn't be adding to the confusion. It is a tech blog...they should know the difference between a bomb and a kinetic strike. Instead, they feed the incorrect knowledge of politicians and figureheads.

A Kinetic Strike uses an inert projectile in which the destruction comes from the kinetic energy of the projectile traveling at high velocities (i.e. no warhead).

"Let him run with out the devices. This is the equivalent to giving a runner sneakers when everyone else is running barefoot. "

Just pointing out...forcing someone to run on nubs is more of a disadvantage over a normal runner by far than prosthetics being an advantage over a normal runner.

I've tried reading news articles to find this out...And I still have no idea.

I think it looks awesome.

You stated that you do in fact know he couldnt run naturally at that speed...
