Yep, I got that after I posted.

Re: my last response. The last part of your post sunk in right after I sent it.
Sarcasm? Or did the point of this post fly right over your head?
I fucking love this!
I kinda feel the same way, but that's coming from my cis-privileged view, so...
I've done it myself. (mother of two, pregnant three times)
I've actually used that exact terminology to promote safe abortion.
Wow, I'm not sure how that comment will go over here, but I think it's a fascinating point.
yes and yes. Don't waste anymore of your time on him.
Thank you. You are a peer of my children, and I hope that they have made the same observations.
This post just made me feel weary. I'm almost 50 and was raised by a feminist way back when, so these discussions just seem oh, so overwrought.
I'm a mother and knew from the time I was young I wanted to be a mom (and I have little ambition otherwise). I loved having kids, and I love having my home back now that they're grown and moved out.
I hate this fuck, but I fully support this decision.
I love this girl, and can't hold her antics against her. I'm extremely privileged to have lived those years of my life out of the limelight and pre-internet. Thank Glob!
Thanks for sharing. As I said, my sons are adults now, so when the issue came up at birth we went the standard (at that time) "match the dad," decision. This was 24 years ago.
You can wallow in unnecessary guilt all you want to.
I'm sorry, I'm confused. Did your girlfriend have an abortion or a baby? Killing a baby is illegal and you should be in prison and having a whole lot more guilt about it if that's what happened.
Dude, you did not kill a kid. Seriously.
I suggest you try counseling to work this out. No snark.
You people? I'm one person and I have no memory of not knowing how reproduction works. My sisters tell me I asked about it when I was about 3yo and my Dad explained it to me.
