I wish they’d just release a Zelda All-Stars cartridge. Include all the GB Zeldas, the first two NES titles, and A Link to the Past. Then we could OWN them.

M’Benga’s actions weren’t celebrated by the episode, though. It’s not saying “hey, revenge is fine.” He’s portrayed as a permanently broken man who will malfunction no matter what.
Also, while he seems exonerated at the end of the episode, we still have more season to go. While SNW is largely episodic they do still…
I had read spoilers about this beforehand, so the final confrontation was on my mind. I did find it very grey - M’Benga had repeatedly asked him to go away and leave him along. The part I struggle with is how the dagger came out of the box - I didn’t see it get picked up. Did any of us? And M’Benga and Chapel really…
Chili Cheese fries need to be eaten pretty piping hot, and they also come out well when done midwest Coney dog style. Sure, LA is a foodie paradise but chili cheese fries are chili and cheese and carbs, done very well out here in the midwest. Some of the best I’ve had are from the coney shops in Michigan. They are…
Oppenheimer 2: Oppen-Harder.
Anyone else having a hard time picturing this episode after watching? I keep seeing animated Boimler and Mariner in scenes with live action SNW in my mind's eye and it is messing with me, man.
I’ll try to find it at the nearest. Thanks for sharing - I don’t know how I’ve missed it.
I wonder what the overlap is between pizza Subways and gas station Subways.
Aquaman was a hit, wasn’t it? The CEO level likely want a sequel for a movie that went well in the box office. It’s a money decision, no doubt.
Obviously a negative note here, but I’ve not enjoyed Subway in many years. Their sandwiches have always tasted cold and flavorless to me, even when heated up. Which is a weird thing to say, I know. But they are nice if you want a lighter meal and you’re in a strange town and it’s the only place near by.
I have never found a huge amount of toppings to improve a sandwich. Like pizza, the fewer the better, imo. I don’t mind the occasional multi-topping burger or chicken sandwich, but the spicy mayo/pickle combo with a marinated fried chicken filet is incredible. I also love a burger with just mayo/pepper.
Wendy’s, when the kitchen staff actually tries to make it properly, is the best national fast food in the game, imo. Unfortunately, it’s rare I have stuff made properly. Also, their spicy chicken sandwich was pretty bad as far as I tried it. It was a cafeteria style chicken patty with some good spice, but really…
Probably cost saving if they’re the same price. I haven’t had one in a long time, but I did love them. Although, I’m in the minority - I would have preferred a thinner breast.
It really didn’t work. Either you know the reference, in which case it was eye-rollingly terrible, or you’ve got no idea why the hell that’s happening. Why that specific set of circumstances? It needed some better/more alternate earths to pull off - and those little clips were all slightly too long.
I think they were going for humor in that scene overall. But I think they overdid it - it just came across as terribly boring to me. Way too long on Flash glancing around and not just jumping into action.
I will acknowledge they were likely trying to be different from Quicksilver’s sequences somehow, and they made…
I love McDonald’s breakfast bagel, but you are right it is tough. There’s been once or twice I went McMuffin because I didn’t want to chew.
I’m glad you referenced Death of Doctor Strange because it helps show why this is so stupid. We all read Death of Doctor Strange KNOWING it wasn’t permanent. They kind of played it as if it were, but it seemed like a game. What came out of that (and mileage may vary) was a pretty great story of his death and…
I think it’s the difference between an intro and a comfort. Star Trek II is a great intro to the characters - even if you didn’t see ST1 or TOS - but STIV is rewarding for folks who’ve been with these characters since the start.
I’m trying to play this game casually, but there are SO many things to do! It’s overwhelming, honestly. Does the main quest even matter? What even is the main quest anymore?
Raw onions are one of those foods for me that I’m convinced people are lying about enjoying. They are so unsettingly crunchy and soft at the same time and so astringent and gross. I love so many strongly flavored things, but raw onion is so gross and I can’t believe anyone can eat it.
