Mine own also loved Tangled, though she called it Rapunzel growing up. Even after Frozen, it was her favorite. It’s mine, too as far as rewatching goes.

I’ve got to suggest Kubo and the Two Strings for Zelda-inspired media. It’s got a lot in common.
That’s a big ass toaster!
Took me a long time, but I finally settled on Coke Zero. It takes like regular to me, enough to drink it if I really want some sweet fizz. Of course, occasionally I still have regular and realize what I’m missing.
Same! If they would have leaned into the pods like they were starting to, what a different digital world we would have!
It’s.. beautiful.
It’s weird here in Michigan. There’s the Detroit or Flinty style coneys, which are best IN Detroit. But you can find great ones in Grand Rapids and elsewhere if they use the proper Koegels and actual coney sauce.
Grand Rapids is riddled with awesome hot dog spots, including a few that do a nice deep fried dog. It’s…
...a lobster roll is not a sandwich.
The best one I’ve been to is north of Port Huron a bit and it still has a drive in! There’s another one in Manistee, MI we always stop at when touristing to Traverse City. Not a drive-in, but oh well. We have a local chain called Dog and Suds which are all drive ins as well!
I read about the 1/3rd thing. I think McDs actually had 1/3rds for a while, too later on!
It’s the same problem with pot roast. People boil the hell out of everything too much. If you don’t like boiled potatoes and carrots in general, I can’t see you coming around. But the beef takes a long simmer, then the veg and the cabbage is supposed to be added at the end and really just get blanched almost - it…
Wait - do they mean the restaurant or the root beer?
I think A&W in the states is pretty good, but it has WAY more gradient between locations. The good ones are real good, but it’s really weird - it’s not as dependable as McDonald’s or similar.
Oh, Canada. My MIL’s home and native land. She grew up in Ontario in a city I don’t recall the name of. I’ve been camping at Turkey Point several times. We visited Port Dover with nephews who insisted we go to a Chinese restaurant for lunch. They ordered cheeseburgers, which was not too pleasant, as this was not a…
I love Shaq, but this was one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever eaten. I only bought it because of Shaq and the name.
There have been the weirdest ordering experience of my life. There have been two McDs that will only sell these ala carte and two i was able to get in a value meal.
HA-YES!

It always depends on how long the drive is - although it never really matters with pizza place wings. I’ll eat them, but only if they taste all right. I’ve never had a pizza place wing with proper wing texture.
The movie is great. Visually incredible, so satisfying. It’s on my shelf with “Speed Racer” has highly underrated.
Same here. It is impossible to find a decent USB-C cord that works in my bizarre port. Right now, the only cord that works is my kids’ Switch charger. I really only have wireless as an option most places because my charging port is so persnickety.
