Glaucoma, Emphysema, Arthritis, High Blood Pressure..just a few suggestions for subtitles for the remainder of the trilogy. I think Emphysema would work because you don't even have to add the Y as its already there, and they could write Arnold's religious cigar smoking into the script no problem.
