As someone with an 830+ FICO score who lives within his means and makes sure his bills are paid on time I call this BS. Who is forcing them to buy a car or take out a loan? The lender is doing things on the edge of legallity but its the consumer that keeps their lights on. Millions of dumb people who do not take responsibility for their actions is the REAL reason there are so many cases in court.
