Had a couple moments and decided to do some fact finding. A 2015 study found that whites use contain far more than any other race (by 7.2%).

I come from a mixed family, and several family members have been addicted to crack. All of them were white (though admittedly, that’s eastern Kentucky for you...). So yeah, as you seem to admit, drug paraphernalia is not racist.

Apparently it’s somehow offensive, so...

I like this a lot more than I thought I would, but - seems like it needs lots of things that seem really little (such as the cracked headlight), but end up costing a lot, especially when you add them all up.
