Wait, wait...does this mean I could purchase a book, read it within seven days, return it, rinse and repeat for every book I could possibly want to read?

Does anyone who has played Eye of Judgement on PS3 know how it compares to MTG? I'm huge on MTG and haven't yet played their Planeswalker edition on XBLA, but am intrigued in EoJ...

@JohnnyK9: Closest thing is that [Overstock.com] first down marker. Even then, its unobtrusive for the most part. Oh wellz...

As if they dont make enough money from the Madden franchise. A convenient "excuse" that it's to match presentational aspects of broadcast.

What makes this story scary to me is that this can potentially happen at any retailer, to any employee, anywhere in the country. Sad state of affairs. Nothing new, I know, but just disheartening to see stories like this pop up when they do =/

@Arthur-Otaku: Not so. An excellent game is an excellent game, regardless of the resolution/graphics/power/speed of it. Better resolution does not a better game make.

@crabperson: Exactly! When you see that, you think of Chip, that guy that used to fix radiators down the block for a 6-pack. Now he's off in the Aghani hills, killing terrorists in exchange for VIP seats at the USO summer tour.

@spider2544: What on earth are you talking about? Before Call of Duty, there was Medal of Honor. I invested hundreds of hours on MoH:AA during a single semester. Worst grades evarrr.

So how will they "fix" this glitch? You can't fire a rocket from within 10 feet? 20 feet? What WILL the acceptable limit for rocket launching be?

@Paradox me: Yes, because running this exploit is on par with someone stealing from a bank.

@Gyaruson: 2) eduardjm!!!! I frickin love the game. Definitely not as social as Rock Band, et al, but for a single player and now "battle" experience, its great!

@d_r_e: And THAT is exactly what it boils down to! The EULA is not a legal agreement - nor does it need to be. It's a warning, a warning about what they can do to you. It reads, more or less, as such:
