No, VW called it a 2dr sedan, since that is what it is. But most Americans call anything with 2 doors a Coupe.
The official Volkswagen name is Avus and they were standard on GTI and GLIs until they ran out and had to put 13" tarantulas on late model GLIs; one of the interesting facts I learned trying to dig into the history of my GLI there. I have no idea about the Fox though.
IIRC the Fox debuted in the US in ‘87. Those wheels were never offered on the Fox, but there were the stock wheel for ‘83 and ‘84 Rabbit GTIs here in the US, and the optional wheel for the ‘84 Jetta GLI, of which that looks to be a super-rare 2dr version. Only single-digits of those were sold in the US, though more of…
peasant: Shouldn’t you put that bottle in a wine fridge before drinking it?
If half the field ran the race clockwise, and the other half counter-clockwise, I imagine that would make things much more exciting.
No winged cars. Dumbest rule ever.
Please tell me I’m not the only one who saw the lead image and immediately thought of this:
“The 8 Series Coupe will launch with two models, the M850i xDrive Coupe M Performance...”
Then Planet 9 is Elio Motors because we have yet to prove it exists.
I remember this! It was literally the only thing that made me consider buying an NGage
this is more in tone with what i wanted. But roguelike TES spinoff isnt terrible either. Interested to play it.
I would have liked just a tiny provincial town + valley to explore between a few regions. Make up something in the jerals between skyrim cyrodil and hammerfell.
There were two more TES Travels games: Stormhold and Dawnstar. And TES Legends is playable on mobile too.
The Brazilian Corolla comes with discs in all four wheels. Since 2009 IIRC
Volkswagen Polo and Golf are the first ones to come to mind. Both are made in Brazil and have disc brakes on the rear.
I guess that’s fair, but I feel the plants and designs there are already set-up to continue to build and install drums. If VW doesn’t have any other cars with rear drums, why go through the effort to add them on?
Unfortunately, they re trying to affirmative action the series by restricting the budgets. Only so many engines. No testing. Hell, no re-fueling. just let go of the rules, lets see who can handle these beasts.
Only four wheels??? Damn regulations.
