The only answer is the Hyundai Casper
Battlecars. When you take a normal car, lift its suspension a bit, put muddy tires and the whole shebang. The subreddit r/battlecars is one of my absolute favorites.
To be blunt, every new car in the market. Why do a base-model Camry needs 203 hp? Why do a barebones Civic needs a 160hp engine? Why do every new car in the market needs a 0-60 quicker than a 60's sports car?
A black Volvo 850 T5-R wagon. I was a broke student with less than 15k BRL to spend on a car, and wanted a cool wagon. I was ready to blind-buy the car that was 300 km away from where I lived, when my then girlfriend (now wife) convinced me that if anything broke down in the Volvo we wouldn’t have money to fix it.…
I waited so many years to be able to properly quote James May on that, but it’s the Dacia Sandero, specifically the first generation.
Can we consider concept cars? I guess the C88 takes the cake
Anything by Joy Division, anything. It’s a perfect match for driving in the highway on a rainy day.
This is one of the cases that make me suspect the multibillionaires have their own lingo. Syntopia can actually mean something in rich-language
The proportions of the GT-R LM Nismo are just off. Panoz showed the world how to make gorgeous front-engined racecars, so we know it isn’t impossible.
I personally think the 400i is gorgeous. It might not be a sleek sports car, but it’s a damn good looking grand tourer
ANY Gurgel. I mean, the X15 looked cyberpunk-ish enough in 1979 with its rugged look and asymmetrical windshield. Other models would also look amazing as electric retrofuturistic rides
The Fiat Marea Weekend with the fivetech 5-cylinder engine. This car is famous in Brazil for spontaneously breaking down, catching fire (often both) and being unlucky cars to be nearby.
Without a shadow of a doubt, the V8 Cygnet, a car that made little sense as it was, and even less sense with a V8 (although it’s cool as heck)
May sound counterintuitive, but low mileage in old cars. It can mean the previous owner either only drove in traffic jams (hence the low mileage for old age), in short spurts (and hence the engine never quite operated under its optimal temperature range) or the odometer was tampered with.
With BMW showing a prototype with color e-ink panels, I’m betting my chips on true color-changing paintjobs
And do you know whats worse about it?
People who leave their carts behind my car or, worse, behind and in contact with my car. I seen to be a magnet to such jerks
Since Chevrolet has a new partnership with Wuling, they could rebadge the Wuling EV as the Chevette and sell it for $15k or $20k
There’s only one acceptable answer: The sensible Fiat Panda 4x4
