Looks like one of those beyblade thingies that were a fad between children some time ago

Obligatory

With patented SWYD™ (Shower While You Drive™) and FINI (Fully Interactive Nature Immersion©®™). Gives you total interaction with the weather and the nature.

How does this roof protects the passengers from rain on the rest of the body without the need of special driving clothes? Just asking ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

LOL at the cooler box precariously strapped to the back, like a chest on a 1910's car

Still missing enough glass and metal to shield the passengers from the rain.

Not exactly the roof rails, but the thingy these rails are attached to. That big metal hunk that helps to protect the passengers from the elements ;)

The vast majority of cars have something no bike has:

Those are the GL trims, the basics. Check the Ghia ones, they’re amazing. Ours was a Ghia, with sunroof.

I am somehow in the middle. For me a car is reliable when nothing too serious break too often. Our VWs are like that :)

Not neccessarily. We’ve got many models designed here, or heavily adapted to the South American market (we call this the tropicalization process). Even when we got “international” cars like the Chevrolet Corsa in mid-90's, it used a Brazilian designed engine.

Toyota and Honda are big players on the market, with Suzuki having a much smaller share. All three have factories here. Subaru is a niche company, and they only sell imported cars.

Your reply covers several interesting points. On the first, you’re correct, in parts. It wasn’t until mid-90's that cars began to get some electronics. The first cars with fuel injection started being sold only in early 90's around here. So, yes, pre-2000 cars (like ours were and are) indeed have few electronic

I guess I didn’t made the point clear (re-reading I’m certain that it wasn’t), but all these kilometers we put on our VWs were without any major repairs or catastrophic parts failures. Sure we replaced joints, shock absorbers, changed brake pads, etc, etc, but these parts were replaced beyond their actual expected

From the amount of criticism I’ve been reading about VAG cars, specially Volkswagens, on Jalopnik and on Oppo I’m beginning to suspect US market and Brazilian market VWs are fundamentally different.

Also, in the future we’ll be living on a Civilization game. Everything’s hexagons!

At least the acronym is right. They SUC.

Ouch, I feel your pain. I’ve got to legend as well, crafted every single thing there was for crafting, completed all the side quests. I’ve never put more than 100 hours on such an open game like this, but my save file had almost 200 hours.

Wow, thank you!! I learned a lot with your comment ;)

I’ve read somewhere that this was one of the main causes of the insane amount of casualties the red army suffered the Battle of Kollaa. Since the most part of the army was literally killed by Stalin’s orders on the Purge, the soldiers had no command and strategy.
