I’ve been doing the savory oatmeal for over a year now.  Great way to have something quick and tasty for lunch or dinner. My fav is cooking rolled oats in the microwave and then adding a chopped egg, garlic powder, hoisin sauce, tamari, and a good hit of Sriracha.

If you live in Central TX and have a HEB close by, powder your popcorn with Central Market’s Adobo seasoning. That spice mix is awesome and not your typical adobo seasoning. You’ll be using it a lot!!!

I’ve tried all sorts of peanut powder. Mostly I was using it in oatmeal and found it disgusting. Think of toast without butter. Yes, it’s ok, but butter is better. Fat is your flavor deliverer. Don’t be fooled! Peanut oil is a mono saturate and good for you, similar to olive oil.  And BTW - is you are buying peanut

You can also use this as a spaghetti sauce and adorn with lots of parmesan cheese.  And Italian cook friend of mine, called it Street Walker as it’s easy to make. :)
