EROTIC DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA. I am dying, I am dead! CCH Pounder. This is just genius.

Obviously, Romney/Ryan is really Dean Wormer/Niedermeyer of Animal House.

I worked with Adepero on a play a few years ago- she is tall and beautiful and super talented, and one of the loveliest women I have had the pleasure of working with. It's so nice when success comes to those who most deserve it, I am so happy for her. She'd make a fabulous Nina, she's got the attitude for sure!

The hair, though, is FLAWLESS.

Actually, bras have been around since at least Ancient Rome. And there are corset precursors visible in Egyptian and early Greek art. Trust me, I am a costume designer and historian! But this is really cool, I love that you can still see the hand work in it.

Hey Cyriaque- The Bashford Dean designs are based on his immense Medieval and Japanese armor collections that now form the bulk of the collection on display at the Metropolitan Museum in NYC. He was the first curator for Arms and Armor there, and he helped consult with the American and British armies in WWI (and his

In the Book of Hours of Jeanne D'Evereux that is at The Cloisters, there are margin drawings of musicians throughout- but one has always stuck with me for sheer ridiculousness- A (possibly, hopefully drunk) man blowing into a dog's anus to play it like a bagpipe. I will see if I can track it down for everyone's

Meredith, not to be nit-picky, but Ghost opened on Broadway on April 24th. It's been playing in previews since March.

Did anyone else just think of that movie "Slither"? I am never having sex again...

I will tell you all, after having the extreme privilege of attending the Broadway opening of Newsies, it's really fucking good. Also the after-after party later with the cast was the funnest dance party I have ever attended. Go see it, Specs is adorable.

Ugh, I can't get the image to work, but Google "Fashion Queen Barbie with wigs". it's pretty awesome.

This is it, if this works...

There is a 1960's Barbie that has been re-released with pop on and off wigs! I got it for Christmas from my Mom this year, as it was the Barbie she played with when she was little. But her head is a sculpted updo with a headband underneath the wigs, not bald. I love it though!

That's not wallpaper, that's a Damien Hirst.

One word: Marmee. She is one of the greatest female role models/mentors in literature. I would also venture to include Ellen O'Hara (Scarlett's mother) in the book 'Gone With the Wind', not really the film.

You missed a Pro: Maxine Fortenberry's reaction to her neighbor burning to ashes in the sun. Love. Her.

Spencer Pratt?

I still dance like this every time I hear Tom Jones. Future generations will never get how great that show was...

As my Prom approached (we had a junior prom, but no senior prom) I knew I wasn't going to find a date. I didn't have any real crushes at the time, and the boys that had crushes on me never spoke up- so I watched as one by one my friends bought tickets two by two. But I was going to be damned if I wasn't going to go
