Are you suggesting NBC should develop a musical version of the Big Lebowski? I don't know if that's the worst or best idea ever.

I read a few comments about Imogen being an interesting character and been disappointed that she was killed of immediately. I seem to remember that ripping out the heart of an angel, in the Hellblazer universe, does in fact not kill the angel (It's still beating by the way.) So her coming back is not entirely

The witching hour by Anne Rice. If I knew there wouldn't be a resolution at the end I might have looked at it differently. I read this rather large book enjoying it modestly expecting that there would be some sort of payoff at the end. Well there wasn't and now I hate the whole damn thing.

Did you notice how good the professor looked in that tie? how handsome he was.

I agree that a Black Widow movie would do great at the box office, but a part of me says that it would be a mistake. Once there was a very popular character in a very successful franchise a mysterious badass and everybody wanted to know more about him and then years later we got what we wanted. They fleshed out Boba

considering that the serial killer is of the reasonably intelligent variety and Harlan used an anagram of Sherlock Holmes, both the killer and the FBI would have knocked on Sherlocks door I presume.

Zed was ominously stroking a crucifix at the end of the episode and there was a televangelist show playing on a tv.
It looks like they are setting up the Resurrection Crusade vs. The Damnation Army story.
I just don't see it play out as interesting as it does in Hellblazer, but like an R2 unit i've been known to be

one doesn't sell directly to the Devil; it’s just not done
Unless you're John Constantine. Then you've got all the devils in every hell lining up to sign a deal. I just finished dangerous habits yesterday. He signs a very interesting deal there which is not gonna bite him in the ass at all I imagine.

Kuvira can claim to have the Mandate of Heaven, now that she has defeated the Avatar.

I thought it was implied Kitty was abducted. Sherlock telling Joan Kitty was taken by a man. (I know it can mean different things.) Also when Bell tries to have a conversation with Kitty at the beginning of the episode he mentions her expertise in solving missing person cases.

Some of the best stories in previous shows (like Kolchak and the X-Files) married supernatural elements with real world issues
That is probably why the reviewer gave it such a low grade. The Hellblazer comics are very political and critical of contemporary problems. If this episode was meant to show the problems of

Well at least they addressed the biggest complained and made him smoke again. Well attempts of him smoking and showing stumped out butts in ashtrays, not actually see him smoking.

I reckon the timing of the Blu-Ray has more to do with the death of the director last month then the release of Gone Girl.

For man had succeeded in destroying the world, but war, war never changes.

Me on the news Nyssa is back in Starling city "Yeah!" Airport security and immigration "Nooo! Please not the face!"

for an organization famous for infiltrating others, being so easily infiltrated by SHIELD is kind of ironic.

McNulty's father in law is William Rawls. There's a spinoff that practically writes itself.

If your show has a horrible (as in evil) character referencing an even worse character, can you assume this character in your show having the same tendencies as the character referenced?
The count vertigo whistling the same tune as the child killer from M. Can I assume he is a child killer as well?

Does Fish Mooney have imaginary friends? Looked like that guy Butch, Fish talked to after she cleared out the club, wasn't really there.

It just hit me that the story Claire tells Randall is the Georgiana/ Wickham plot from Pride and Prejudice. Claire knows her classics. It only takes another 70 years for it to be actually written.
