Heheh. I had an full M4 titanium set with a shortened D&D can on my NT650 and it was REALLY loud!

It’s actually exactly the same. Making you walk a straight line or rub your tummy while patting your head or whatever the hell they do in a “field sobriety test” isn’t scientific. If you “fail” that you can be breathalyzed or blood-tested, but the initial “verification” is extremely objective.

Or if you think you’re close to the limit just quit being a pain in the ass and don’t run straight or excessively loud pipes.

These days you have blind spot warning lights, and you could possibly also implement split mirrors with a blind spot part, like many vans have. It could be workable without compromising the car’s design.
