You've already put like 100x more effort into this topic then that scopes article did. But the entire point of the mandatory pasteurization process is that "A farmer looked at it" isn't a test, and most unpasteurized milk is contaminated to some degree.

Because of how thoroughly mixed it all is, most milk sold in stores once contained some contaminants. They don't test it before it gets mixed because they decontaminate it all.

Plain milk or chocolate, it's all been treated to disguise the color because it used to be a little tainted.

Yeah and that widely known fact isn't really all that big of a revelation for a snopes article. Milk with blood in it gets put through the same process as all the other milk all the time though. That's one of the points of pasteurization.

That snopes article is pretty dumb, it just points out that the FDA has a single set of rules. It ignores that those rules are for pasteurization and homogenization because you can't see what is in milk and a lot of it is tainted.
